The project will consist of two high-rise towers linked by a cantilever bridge.

The two towers will host offices, an ultra-luxury hotel, extravagant residences, high-end restaurants and a large retail area. Inspiring an uplifting lifestyle, The Residences at One Za’abeel will comprise of a mix of luxury simplexes and duplexes. Tower A, standing at 300 meters tall, will host offices and a hotel, the world’s first vertical resort, whereas Tower B, standing at 235 meters tall, will be primarily oriented towards residential units. The cantilever bridge that will link the two towers together floats a whopping 100 metres above the ground and will be called The Linx.
