Designed by Japanese firm Nikken Sekkei, and developed by Ithra Dubai, the One Za’abeel project is a multi-functional development currently under construction and will be located between the Dubai World Trade Centre and Za’abeel Park. The project will consist of two high-rise towers linked by a cantilever bridge.
The two towers will host offices, an ultra-luxury hotel, extravagant residences, high-end restaurants and a large retail area. Inspiring an uplifting lifestyle, The Residences at One Za’abeel will comprise of a mix of luxury simplexes and duplexes. Tower A, standing at 300 meters tall, will host offices and a hotel, the world’s first vertical resort, whereas Tower B, standing at 235 meters tall, will be primarily oriented towards residential units. Out of the 263 residential units, there are 172 TWO-BEDROOM UNITS FOR SALE AT ONE ZA’ABEEL, DUBAI.
The cantilever bridge that will link the two towers together floats a whopping 100 metres above the ground and will be called The Linx. The world’s largest cantilever, it will offer a choice of attractions, fine restaurants and lounges. Located in the absolute centre of Dubai, strategically positioned between the old and new business districts, One Za’abeel enjoys unparalleled 360° views of the city as well as convenient and integrated bridge connections to the World Trade Centre.
