Its two sleek towers are connected by a 230-metre steel bridge called ‘The Linx’ which holds the record as the world’s longest cantilever. With its central location and its world-first engineering, this mixed-use sustainable development will be a modern hub for a variety of residents and visitors to Dubai. The residential tower will be 57-floors high with simplex and duplex apartments including TWO BEDROOM UNITS FOR SALE IN DUBAI.

The second tower will be 67-floors and will host an ultra-luxury hotel – One and Only, serviced apartments and 37000sqmtrs of office space. The two towers will have seven basement levels and a four-level podium above ground which will house retail, restaurants, social space and conference halls. On Completion, The Linx will be the longest cantilever in the world to span from a tower. It will include restaurants, a 140-metre-long rooftop pool and panoramic views of Za’abeel Park, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Creek, Burj Khalifa and the dual carriageway below that passes between the two towers.
