Whilst Burj Khalifa is the most expensive address in the neighbourhood, other options include smaller apartments in Old Town as well as apartments in high-rises, such as The Lofts, Burj Residences and Burj Views. A 20-minute drive is all it takes to get to most other parts of Dubai such as Dubai Marina and Old Dubai such as Jumeirah. Downtown is very close to major business districts such as Dubai International Financial Centre and Business Bay.

Living in Downtown, you are guaranteed to never run out of entertainment options. Dubai Mall houses a cinema, aquarium, ice rink and multiple kid-focused entertainment options. The mall also offers direct access to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain, both huge tourist magnets. Soul Al Bahar has cafés and restaurants, many with spectacular views of Dubai Fountain’s beautifully choreographed water show at Burj Khalifa Lake.
