A 20-minute drive is all it takes to get to most other parts of Dubai such as Dubai Marina and Old Dubai such as Jumeirah. The mall also offers direct access to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain, both huge tourist magnets. Soul Al Bahar has cafés and restaurants, many with spectacular views of Dubai Fountain’s beautifully choreographed water show at Burj Khalifa Lake.
