Aqaar is a Government Public Corporation, founded in 2016 from the vision of His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuami Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman. The company is the joint union of the Department of Private Properties and The Real Estate Investments Public. ‘To lead, reorganize and qualify the Real Estate sector in the Emirate of Ajman’ is their mission and the vision is ‘Promoting the business structure and the infrastructure in the Emirate’ and ‘Increasing the contributions of the Real Estate sector in achieving the sustainable structural and economic plans of the Emirate’. Some successful and well-known projects are Ajman One Towers, City Towers and Ajman Corniche Residences.
