This project is a brainchild of SAAM Pyramid Real Estate Development LLC and Falconcity of Wonders LLC. The studio apartments will be between 277 to 568sq ft; while the one-bedroom ranges from 548 to 1,215sq ft, and the two bedrooms are 1,145 to 1,173sq ft.
