Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, networking events, and marketing campaigns.
Meet with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Provide information on available properties, market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.
Showcase residential properties to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits.
Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients to achieve favorable agreements.
Assist clients in preparing necessary documents for transactions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
Set and achieve sales targets and objectives in alignment with organizational goals.
Education & Experience:
Proven 5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential properties.
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Must hold a valid RERA license.
Skills:
